Webinar: Rewind & Fast Forward

2020 is coming to a close and when we think about our emotional experiences, it is safe to say that they have been given a good workout. Both learner and educator have had to go through a range of feelings on a bigger scale and this in turn has impacted our thought-process and ability to learn or teach. In this insightful and practical webinar, we will see how to encourage our learners to rewind the clock and reflect on the year. Then, get them to fast forward their minds onto 2021 where we will look at some great interactive activities to promote positive affirmation, a sense of happiness in and out of the classroom and build emotional resilience through our thinking.
